Reblogging this to make an observation, the cover of this 7” got over 80 notes without any sort of context or links to the band’s music. Now, with links on how to acquire the record I’m expecting it to get less.

That is insane, but so many kids on here are all about presenting themselves as people to whom Hardcore is “super important”, and the image of a dude in a varsity jacket fits what they’re going for. If there is actual information present, it can really be off putting for some reason.

If Hardcore is something you truly care about, put more into it than reblogging pictures of a record you’ve never heard.
